You have three or more years as a Scrum Master and have guided squads to improved, sustainable results and can scale your coaching capacity to influence broader organizational maturity. A systems thinker. You see beyond the squad level, actively identifying and breaking down siloed organizational designs to reduce friction and eliminate duplicated efforts across Business Units. Data-driven and predictive. You know how to use both qualitative and quantitative signals to establish predictive metrics that forecast delivery risk and guide investment decisions. Compensation The base salary range for this role is displayed below— starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
